How the rental works
Deposit
We require a $3,000 refundable security deposit before you take the trailer. It comes back to you when you return the unit in good shape — no games.
Maintenance
You own the maintenance. That means PM services, lights, brakes — the whole deal. Keep the trailer rolling and it's your business. We're not your fleet manager.
Tires
Tires are on you. Blow a steer tire at 2am in the middle of nowhere — that's your roadside call. Price it into your cost structure before you sign.
Monthly rent
$2,000/month for the 5-car and 7-car 2020 units. $2,800/month for the 2025 7-car. Due on the same day each month, no grace period drama.
Your authority
You need your own MC authority and insurance. This is a straight equipment rental — we're not dispatching you, not booking your loads, not touching your settlements.
Pickup location
All trailers are in Chicago, IL. You pick up, you drop off. Coordinate with us in advance — same-day pickup is possible once paperwork is done.

Common questions
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes — $3,000 comes back when you return the trailer in good condition. We inspect it on return.
Do I need to use your dispatch?
No. This is a pure equipment rental. Book your own loads, use your own authority. We stay out of your operation.
What if something breaks?
Maintenance is on you. That's the trade-off for running independently. Factor it into your cost model.
What is the minimum rental term?
Month-to-month with 30 days written notice to exit. No lock-in traps.
