Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions from owner-operators about our business
What are your rental terms and costs?
The monthly rental includes the trailer. Insurance deposit will be collected from your monthly earnings. Stay with us for a year and get your last month free!
How long is the minimum rental period?
We require a minimum 6-month rental commitment. This allows you to build a stable business operation and establish a reliable income stream. Plus, if you stay for a full year, you get your last month free.
How does your dispatch service work?
We provide a complete solution that includes both equipment rental and dispatch services. You'll receive all load details directly through our app, making it easy to manage your business on the go. The dispatch fee is 12% of gross revenue.
Where are your trailers located?
Our equipment is available in Chicago, IL.
What happens if the trailer needs repairs?
While we don't cover repair costs, we maintain strong relationships with trusted service providers across the country and can guide you to the nearest reliable repair shop. Repair costs are the responsibility of the operator, which is why we recommend having an emergency fund for maintenance.
Can I eventually buy the trailer?
While we don't currently offer direct purchase options, we're happy to discuss your goals for ownership and provide guidance based on your business performance and experience with us.
What type of loads can I expect?
We work with major auto manufacturers, dealerships, and auctions. Our dispatch team focuses on optimizing routes to minimize deadhead miles and maximize your earnings. All load details are provided through our easy-to-use app.
How much can I expect to earn?
Our Owner Operators typically gross between $30,000 to $50,000 per month. Your earnings depend on your drive and efficiency - we'll make sure you have enough loads to hit your targets.
How does payment work?
We pay after each trip. Once the trip is completed, you'll receive a direct deposit without delay. From gross earnings, we deduct the trailer rent, 12% dispatch fee, and insurance costs.
Do you offer training?
Training availability is limited as all our drivers are on the road. If you have your own truck and are serious about learning, reach out and we'll see what we can do. Note that only Owner-Operators are eligible for training.
What are the typical monthly expenses?
Typical monthly expenses include fuel ($8,000-$10,000), equipment rental ($1,700-$2,600), insurance ($1,600), and maintenance. We help you track and manage these costs effectively.
